Opportunity! Triplex Townhouse in Downtown SV, Near the Beach, Premium Finish

FOR SALE

When we bought this house, it was the fulfillment of a dream. It is the home we had watched since construction began, in the neighborhood where we grew up and patiently waited for until it could be ours.

It offered everything we desired in a home.

The children were able to choose among the 4 bedrooms which one would be theirs; another became their playroom for their toys, and during the pandemic it was also possible to turn another bedroom into a Home Office and Home Schooling space to get through that period.

In the 2-car garage, we adopted a dog to complete our family.

The house features a spacious gourmet area with a barbecue grill, where we welcomed many friends on countless joyful days.

Nearby there is an excellent school, mini market, bakery, butcher shop, and more.

It is a 5-minute drive from the beach and close to Imigrantes, for those who need to go to São Paulo.

Now, the time has come for us to say goodbye to this home. We are setting out in search of living a new dream!

More than simply selling, we hope the next owners will be as happy as we have been and still are here. Enjoy all the spaces and adapt them to your needs. The house makes that possible.
